AVOID THIS SHOP! Trust me. If you want to know the details, look below. I brought my classic Corvette into Willow Glen Auto Electric in mid-October 2024 for service related to a suspension issue I was experiencing. I had previously used this shop for the car, but I eventually found out that it was under new ownership. (NOTE: Almost all of the reviews here are for the prior owner.) At the time the agreement was to perform a series of suspension repairs to address known and anticipated issues. After discussions it was agreed that that they would also perform a number of engine repairs to fix leaks and similar issues, to rebuild the carburetor, perform a valve job, and tune the car. I eventually reclaimed my car in February of 2025 from Alliance Automotive (Also owned by Qui Nguyen and managed by "Mo") where they had transferred the car. In spite of the shops' manager (Mo, AKA Mohammed) claiming that the work had been performed and that the car was in good shape except for an alignment, it turned out that the car was a complete mess, running poorly, with the suspension work done incorrectly and dangerously and with the car in much worse condition than when brought in. I called Moe and he told me that he could get to work on my car right away. He gave me a decent quote and was very straightforward about what would be involved. I went there shortly after and he had his crew get right to work. Very warm and friendly people. All of them. Me and my daughter felt very comfortable. It’s great we finally found a place that we can trust not to take advantage of us as women. I also really like the fact that there was so much diversity among the workers there. It’s always nice seeing people from different places forming a positive community and trusting partnerships. We will definitely be going there for all of our auto needs even if it’s just for advice. Very kind and knowledgeable people there who you can tell right off the bat are not being shady. I very highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their car. You will be in great hands. 10 out of 10 stars!
